Niccolò is not the name of the owner of this B&B but a reference to a legendary figure of Naples, half man half fish, Niccolò Pesce, known as Colapesce. Nestled on the top floor of a palazzo in the historic center, the establishment is run by two brothers who love their city and welcome you in rooms and studios with sea colors, kitchenettes and balconies. Strategic location close to the metro, the port and Spaccanapoli. Beautiful rooftop terrace. An excellent place to stay in Naples.

Claudio il proprietario,gentilissimo. Struttura comoda e in posto strategico. Ottima la pulizia, comodo l'appartamento molto carino e anche chic. Straconsiglio! Io ci torno sicuro!

Casetta carina ma umidissima a tal punto da avere le lenzuola umide, non si possono accendere i riscaldamenti e quindi la notte è stata fredda , pulizia molto scadente, abbiamo trovato ragnatele e polvere ovunque, oggetti lasciati qua e là, buste di patatine aperte, latte aperto, biscotti aperti... credo che quando vengano a pulire in realtà facciano solo il letto e mettano le asciugamani pulite, preparino la colazione sul tavolo e via...non credo di ritornare

l'appartamento si trova in una zona centralissima,vicino al centro e adiacente all'università. Ideale quindi sia per giovani che per famiglie.L'appartamento è molto bello e pulitissimo,con tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Il propietario ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza e ci ha dato tantissime dritte. Sicuramente per futuri soggiorni tornerò a CasaNiccolo',lo consiglio a tutti.
