Clean rooms (air conditioning, internet access, optimum soundproofing) and clean cleaning. Terrace accessible in summer, always ideal for the tanning sequence.

Fine hotel, just some problems with no toilet paper and some ants. Good ventilation system, and fine location within walking distance to most highlights of the city, metro and the harbor.

Il punto di forza dell'albergo è la posizione centrale, vicina a punti di interesse ed a stazioni di metropolitana. Le camere spaziose. Il personale dell'albergo poco disponibile, le pulizie ed il cambio della biancheria quasi inesistenti, colazione (a pagamento) appena sufficiente.

Posizione perfetta, in zona universitaria, sempre molto frequentata, anche di notte. Quindi il tragitto per rientrare è abbastanza sicuro.
Personale gentile e camera molto grande però fatiscente: lavello tappato (si riempiva d'acqua a ogni utilizzo), doccia mal funzionante, mancanza di appoggi in bagno, finestre su terrazzino comune e quindi impossibilità di tenerle aperte in modo sicuro.
