Nothing to complain about here. Wonderful staff. We had a great view of Vesuvius from our balcony. Our room faces the street but was very quiet at night.

Didn’t stay over nice, but very posh looking and feeling to it

I had booked a room with a view. That was the best aspect of my stay. The view was great. The hotel is extremely overpriced. The room was ok, with clear signs of dust on the parquet. The tv set did not work, so I had to call for a repair man. The air-conditioning did not work, so I had to call someone to reset the system. The bathroom had plenty of products, but installed in a not very convenient manner. The liquid soap had its opening close to the wall, and turning it towards the room would only shut it off. When taking the first shower I discovered the shower gel container was empty. I was entitled to free breakfast, but when I tried to order fried eggs, they said I should pay for them separately. The buffet breakfast has some dubious-looking pots that contain over-cooked bacon, some scrambled eggs and other such items. The waiters do not have the proper attitude, and they do not excel in either kindness or customer-friendliness. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so taxis are a must if one wants to get around. The receptionists are easier to get along with, and quite willing to help in getting taxis or trying to explain how to get from the hotel to the city centre. At about 500 U.S. dollars per night, I would say this hotel is underwhelming at best.

Fantastic birthday celebration night.

Sono stato a Pasquetta al roof, su consiglio di una conoscente che gentilmente mi aveva. prenotato un tavolo; volevo far bella figura con un ospite amica di vecchia data e invece PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Nonostante l'ottima accoglienza traspare la disorganizzazione e l'arredo é discutibile. Inoltre non c'era alcuna musica di sottofondo, la abbiamo chiesta e ci hanno detto che l'impianto è rotto. ASSURDO per un roof 5 stelle
20 euro per un drink, 20 per un TOAST, minimo 45 per un vino da 10 euro e non vi dico il resto. Abbiamo optato per la pizza, che era l'esatto opposto della pizza Margherita DOP eppure costa 20 euro. Abbismo incontrato una ospite in ascensore che si lamentava della sala Spa e del fatto che andava prenotato tutto prima e magari era vuota. E il parcheggio? 10 euro...
Carino il panorama, ma ci sono decine di bar a Posillipo che offrono lo stesso panorama. È Napoli che è bella, il Britannique è pessimo.
Volevo mettere una, seconda stella solo per simpatia e gentilezza di receptionist e camerieri ma ci ho ripensato.
State lontani da quel posto per qualsiasi motivo

Bel posto dove cenare o fare un aperitivo. Peccato che era un giorno con poca gente ma ambiente e servizio all altezza . Buon ed esclusivo anche il cibo.

siamo stati all'evento di san valentino a cena e tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato era buonissimo .
la cura nella preparazione dei singoli piatti e stata impeccabile.
ci ritorneremo sicuramente per il prossimo evento.

This hotel is very nice. It’s one of the bests I’ve been in Napoli. The rooms are modern, clean, big, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is one of the best you can get taking into account the italian standards for breakfasts. The views from the hotel are amazing and it has one of the best Terrace solarium in the city. It has a toproof swimmingpool (very small) with very nice views. The hotel disposes of a nice gym and spa area. The Gym is modern and nice situated in the basement and I cannot talk about the spa because I made no use of it. The area is not too close to the city center itself, but the location is nice and there is some nice restaurants in the surroundings. One bad thing of the hotel, it’s very expensive on drinks at the bar. I know it is a 5 star hotel and the bar has excellent views, but 10€ for a softdrink with 4 small tapas seems to me too expensive. Anyway, excellent hotel, as said.

Ho telefonato domenica 28 gennaio mattina per un’eventuale prenotazione dopo aver visto sul sito Internet dell’hotel una bellissima foto che indica “Spa treatment” …ma al telefono mi hanno comunicato che non c’è una Spa ???????? Sarebbe opportuno rimuovere la foto che induce in errore o fornire delle informazioni chiare e non equivoche.
Inoltre, un po’ lenti a rispondere al telefono e chiamata deviata verso un call center all’estero ?!? ????????

Suggestiva location in corso Vittorio Emanuele. Colazione di alta qualità con materie prime fresche e a km 0: consigliata la crostata ai mirtilli. Servizio impeccabile (complimenti allo staff). La vista sul golfo di Napoli non ha prezzo.
