The history of the Miramare is linked to the history of the war. Having escaped the allied bombings, unlike its competitors, the hotel remained for a time the most famous hotel on the seafront and quickly built up a first-class clientele. Within a Liberty-style villa, the pastel-toned rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Those with a balcony overlooking the sea are the most magical and justify the name of the hotel ("look at the sea" in Neapolitan). The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay and Vesuvius. Romance guaranteed!
