Set in the walls of a beautiful th century building built by the architect Vanvitelli, this hotel knows how to highlight its strengths. The restaurant is inspired by the scenes and characters of the commedia dell'arte. The theme rooms - Pinocchio, San Carlo, Pavarotti and Pompeii - never sacrifice to overload. Recently the second floor was restructured to give birth to the junior suites called I Bassi di Napoli. The hotel offers various offers that complement each other in order to satisfy a wide audience.

Hotel vieillissant personnel très bien.Petit déjeuner très bien. Hotel très très bruyant.Je trouve l hôtel pas très bien placé ,il est vers la gare quartier qui craint.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Grand Hotel Europa con i nostri alunni di quinta primaria e abbiamo ricevuto un ottimo trattamento! Le camere pulite e spaziose, cibo buono e abbondante, estrema attenzione nei riguardi di due bambini celiaci ai quali è stata offerta una varietà di cibi, dessert… Grande disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff nel soddisfare ogni richiesta e/o esigenza. Molto accogliente, personale fantastico
Cibo orribile servito su piatti e bicchieri sporchi, per non parlare del personale, disorganizzato, scontrosi e poco disponibili.
