Very beautiful design hotel located near Piazza Plebiscito and via Toledo in the trendy Chiaia district. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are mostly on via Chiaia, but no worries: They are all soundproofed and elegantly decorated with contemporary furniture. To emphasize, the breakfast room: a beautiful veranda where the sun even in winter.

I had to cancel this hotel for an emergency medical reason (recovery) and called 5 days in advance. Since they had a 7 days cancellation policy, I was replied that they could not cancel the room. That is quite ridiculous, but even more scandalous was that they took the money 5 minutes after that phonecall. Avoid this hotel.

Posizione bella ma, malgrado ci siano ottimi dolci a Napoli in hotel c'erano solo croissant e torte surgelate. Docce su 4 giorni 3 con acqua fredda (pare guasto caldaia). Il numero reception non risponde.. Ho dovuto chiamare con il numero telefonico esterno.

Abbiamo fatto una vacanza di 4 giorni in questo hotel con una posizione strategica nel centro di Napoli a due passi da piazza Plebiscito,camere pulite e grandi,personale gentilissimo,colazione buona colgo l'occasione per ringraziare il signor Angelo sempre molto cortese con tutti gli ospiti.
