FESTIVAL ARTECINEMA

Created in 1996, Artecinema is an international film festival dedicated to contemporary art in its various forms of expression. The thirty or so films and documentaries selected are shown at the Teatro Augusteo and the Teatro San Carlo, and the screenings are sometimes followed by debates in the presence of artists. These productions look at the careers of artists, architects and photographers from the Italian and international scene. While the opening night is subject to a fee, the screenings are generally free.
