The Palazzo delle Arti di Napoli (PAN) allows you to discover Neapolitan artists whose work is presented on the2nd floor, reserved for exhibitions. Thefirst floor is occupied by a bookshop and the ground floor is used to watch videos. The place is contested because it was expensive and is slow to prove its merits.
