Descend the stairs from Piazza Tasso to reach one of the ancient gates of the city. A beautiful hall in a vaulted cellar belonging once to the monks who preserved their precious elixir: wine. The card is always very rich.

For a Michelin star restaurant I would expect a menu that was creative and perfectly prepared. While the service was amazing, the menu was a little....eh and a few of the items were not prepared properly. Overcooked octopus, lack of seasoning, etc.

Cena espectacular con el montaje de los platos por parte del Chef y su equipo in situ.
Los platos exquisitos y tanto la atención como las explicaciones de la comida y el maridaje por parte del maître ????.

We went here for dinner and had one of the tasting menus complete with the wine pairing. The food was very good and the wine pairings worked well! There seems to be a little disconnect from the kitchen to the plating station though as the food wasn’t as hot as I thought it should have been! But I would definitely recommend giving it a go!

A mixed experience and middle rating due to the Michelin star. The beginning of the experience was marred by the iPad menu format - not elegant and it is slow and not well configured. Picking the wine took way too long- looking at a screen. The service was lovely- warm and friendly. The lamb was delicious as was the wine we selected. Other dishes were good but nothing special. We finished dinner at 10:30, and it was surprising to very much have the sense of closing up the restaurant. We could seen and hear bottles being put in the trash. So not a gracious ending. Again not a Michelin experience.
