In the centre of Sorrento, this gastronomic restaurant in honour of Enrico Caruso (1873-1921) is lined with photos of the famous tenor from Naples, whose voice never fails to provide the background music for meals. Music and fine cuisine have always gone hand in hand. The plates are small paintings in themselves, where colours, perfumes and flavours are combined with finesse and modernity. The high-ceilinged room is a small museum of caricature. The restaurant enjoys a good reputation. The wine list is first class.

Restaurant musée Caruso
Pourc eux qui ne connaisse pas Caruso c'était un chanteur lyriquedans les années 1930. Le restaurant lui est dédié. Cependant il n'y a aucun chant de lui durant notre repas. Dommage.
