Staff is great. And breakfast is wonderful. Room was fine, but right on a major street. If you want to sleep before 1am on the weekends you’ll deal with a lot of street noise ????

Absolutely amazing experience staying here! The staff, cleanliness, and comfort of the room was perfect. Upon entering Casa Sorrentina, we were greeted by the very friendly, helpful owner who led us to our room. Our room had cute, neat decor, very comfortable beds, and a spotless bathroom. Not to mention, their staff were insanely kind and attentive. Due to prior arrangements, our family had to leave before the start of food service (8:00am). However, in the morning, the cooks arrived an entire hour earlier to serve us a delicious, homemade breakfast. They were very considerate and caring, making sure to tend to our every need. Additionally, the location is perfect, everything is nearby. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. We absolutely loved staying here, would definitely recommend! ❤️⭐️???????? (If any of the staff members see this post, please tell the ladies serving breakfast they’re the best!)

The breakfast service was fabulous! Nunzia really went out of her way to make all the guests feel at home each morning. The location was PERFECT...we walked right outside and were in the heart of town. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked great. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The beds could have been a little comfier. And be aware that you will need to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the rooms.

It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! You get homemade breakfast every morning! The owner, Francesco, is very kind and makes sure that you’re having a good stay! He checked in to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the bathroom shower was awesome. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend. It’s in the perfect location and you can see everything. You are right in the city and close to everything needed! I had a great time. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Sorrento!

I absolutely loved the hotel. It was very close to everything it was in fact in the middle of one of the main streets. It was very busy at night and it did get a little noisy at some point, but I guess it’s a small price to pay to be in the center, the room itself is spacious great for a family. The kids had their own bed. It was more so the pull out couch that turned into a bed still comfortable. The staff was really friendly, we arrived at around 11am and they checked us in right away even though check in was not till 2pm. Breakfast was a nice touch, a lady came in the morning and took our order and delivered our food to our room. Highly recommend.

גסטהאוס עם בעלים לא אמין.ארוחת בוקר גרועה.שלא מצדיקה את המחיר שגבו עבור החדר.רעש אימים מהרחוב .כל אחד שמשוחח למטה.נשמע כאילו נמצא איתך בחדר.
מזגן שלא עבד.החלפת מגבות וסדינים פעם בשלושה ימים.
אכזבה גדולה אחרי שהות של יומיים. לדעתי במחיר שגבו אפשר להשיג מלון ברמה גבוהה יותר.עם ארוחת בוקר בופה.ולא קמצנית כמו שחווינו.קיבלנו מהבוקינג לשלם סכום מסוים.והבעלים החליט שהוא לא מתייחס לזה.ובלית ברירה הוספנו לעלות ששילמנו בבוקינג.
לא נגיע שוב ולא נמליץ

Arrived to be told that we were stayng in an "overflow " hotel across
the road as the booked room was no longer available . The room was not what we had booked therefore we did not stay.

I decided this place because people had great reviews about the host being helpful. Well, that person no longer exists as I believe she sold to her nephew. He was late on our check in even though we told hi., no apology. Didn't even try and recommend or talk to us at all. Did not get croissants on the first day, so he gave us a measly 3 euro. The last day someone took our croissants and I even told him and instead of addressing it he just hid until we checked out. Rooms are nice but if you are close to the street it is fairly loud which i am guessing is about half the Rooms here. Expresso machine was cool. Don't expect much service from this guy. Wouldn't recommend.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Sorrente . Très propre , Cristiana a été au petit soin avec nous . Je recommande à 100%
