Bellissimo posto. Le suites sono curate nei minimi particolari e spaziose... Ci si sta bene, ma la maggior parte del tempo l'abbiamo trascorsa a rilassarci sui lettini in terrazza, godendo di una bellissima vista sul golfo. Mare (pulito) a qualche minuto di distanza. Ah dimenticavo!!!! La struttura è pet friendly! Per gli amici a quattro zampe di piccola taglia che avranno a loro disposizione diversi spazi all'aperto.

Ho trascorso uno splendido weekend con la mia ragazza a Villa la Terrazza. Il servizio impeccabile è accompagnato da una struttura a picco sul mare con vista mozzafiato del Golfo di Napoli.
Inoltre la location al centro di Sorrento è stata ideale per poter visitare tutte le attrazioni circostanti come Positano e tutta la Costiera Amalfitana, ma anche gli scavi di Pompei.
Fantastica esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

La Villa La Terrazza a Sorrento è una meraviglia paesaggistica con la sua vista incantevole sul Vesuvio. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile, e le suite sono ben tenute, offrendo un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante.

This has to be one of the best places that I've stayed in. Being on a cliff, overlooking the Port of Sorrento, was just spectacular. Will definitely be staying here every time I come to Sorrento.

Location mozzafiato, staff molto disponibile, camera vista mare meravigliosa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per una vacanza indimenticabile in pieno centro a Sorrento. Complimenti!!

Esperienza pessima,mancanza di acqua calda e di riscaldamento in una notte tra l altro piovosa e di maltempo,spifferi di aria sembrava di stare in una cella frigorifera.Nessuno presente al nostro arrivo e tantomeno quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura!L acqua da bere nel frigo già aperta e usata!Le lenzuola avevano uno strano odore che sapevano di vecchio di rinchiuso come in realtà tutta la camera mal odorante!La mia fortuna è stata solo una che non avevo mia figlia piccolina con me altrimenti si gelava anche lei, un umidità pazzesca.Sono anni che viaggio e mai successa una cosa del genere.Sono dispiaciuta e amareggiata perché una persona che paga dovrebbe avere i servizi che tanto vantano o comunque cercare di descrivere la location così com’è almeno si sa dove si va a finire.Nemmeno gratis mi fermerei più in questa struttura!
Ps le tazzine dove ho preso il caffè in camera puzzavano e quindi nemmeno un caffè ????

A hirdetés alapján nagyon jónak tűnik a hely, azonban ha ott maradtunk volna katasztrófa lett volna a nyaralásunk.

Utazás közben kaptam egy emailt, hogy az előre megbeszélt jakuzzi szobába nem tudnak minket fogadni, helyette elhelyeznek ugyanolyan áron egy másik tengerre néző szobába. Furcsa volt, de hát úgy gondoltuk van ilyen...

Megérkeztünk és egy elhagyatott kastély fogadott bennünket, mintha a Hotel Transilvanyba érkeztünk volna meg. Vendégvárás nem volt, emailt kellett írjunk, hogy megérkeztünk. Kb 10 perc várakozás után jött valaki, aki beengedett, de az csak a szomszéd volt nem a szállásadonk. Bementunk egy gondnok fogadott, aki körbe vezetett a helyen. Kicsit olyan volt az épület, mintha egy felújítás alatt volna a hely, udvar közepén hűtőszekrény...

Hála Istennek előleget nem fizettünk, így inkább elmentünk és kerestünk másik szállást. A hely atmoszférája félelmetes volt, nem szívesen aludtam volna ott.

Ez nem vendéglátás, ami ott van, ne foglaljatok ide!! Nekünk nem tették tönkre az utazásunk, de majdnem.

Most amazing villa and rooftop of Sorrento and probably of Costiera: sunset and sunrise were emotional, staff very welcoming, the suite were cozy and clean. A place worth the trip.

First and foremost, the location is superb. This is close to everything. The longest walk to any destination is 15 min. AND the views are amazing. I mean really amazing. But the room conditions aren’t that great. Our tile floor was never really clean, so we always wore slippers in the room to avoid getting dust/dirt in the bed. Our bathroom was very small and tight, but the shower was extremely tight. They did refresh our towels daily but we had to ask for toilet paper on the last two days we stayed. There was a fridge and some complimentary drinks. There is NO lobby, so don’t expect any amenities that would come with a common area/lobby. But like I said earlier, the view is amazing and the location is fantastic.

2022 - absolutely terrible experience here. We were put up in a room unfit for humans.

It remained unfinished and unclean. After complaining we were shown to two other rooms which were also sub standard - other reviewers at the time had experienced similar.

Atención!!! Estos impresentables arruinaron mis vacaciones. Cuidado con reservar allí!!!, corres el riesgo de quedarte sin alojamiento para vuestras vacaciones.
Reservé en enero, directamente con el propietario Andrea. En junio me dicen que no existe reserva alguna a mi nombre, he mandado decenas de mensajes y dan la callada por respuesta. No tienen responsabilidad alguna con sus clientes ni mucho menos sentido de la empatía. Dejar a una familia sin vacaciones, con billetes comprados.

Suviše sterilno i nepoverljivi osoblje. Imali smo osećaj da prate svaki nas korak. Takvo ponašanje je uveliko ugrozilo i u potpunosti uništilo svu lepotu naseg odmora kao i lepotu samog mesta. Posebno treba napomenuti da ne prihvataju decu ispod 10 godina. Misljenka sam da osobe sa takvim zahtevima me zaslužuju bolju ocenu. Naprotiv.

Stunningly beautiful villa . Breathtaking uninterrupted views of the sea . The owners were a lovely couple. Could not fault a thing . We stayed in the suite that had a hot tub and it was clean, inviting and luxurious. Attention to detail . We travel a lot and often find it difficult to find a place that ticks all those boxes but I can honestly say that villa La Terrazza ticked them all and more . Will definitely return .

Old but well-renovated and strengthened villa. Located in the center of Sorrento, it offers a view of the harbor and the sea.

It's so fun to wake up like this in the morning with a stunning view of the sea from all the windows.

I got a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils.

It was a pleasant and clean apartment.

*BEWARE: DO NOT RENT HERE!* In February, we reserved two rooms (both with ocean views, one with a kitchen). The suites we reserved were the Pino and Golfo, which we put down a $750 deposit on. Upon arrival on October 28th, both suites that we had paid for were already booked and occupied. The owner, Andrea, tried to offer us a so-called "upgrade" in the Paradise suite, which was in the process of being remodeled with scaffolding and building materials inside, making the room unsafe to habitate. I asked for our deposit back and he refused. Not only is this unethical but it is also illegal. So anyone considering renting this Villa, please take my advice and stay away.

You are taking a big chance with your vacation if you stay here. Do your research and read all the other reviews- I did not do this and am out over $700. All the reviews basically explain exactly what happened to us. We booked two specific rooms with ocean views and 1 with a kitchen. When we arrived he had given them to someone else and the fast talking hustler started in on us trying to give us something else - the room had no view - or another that literally had scaffolding in it! Who does that? The worst thing for me was the uncomfortable feeling I got just being around the owner Andrea. Seriously something is off. All the red flags were there when I arrived- pool was green, nothing was set up for guests or in working order, rooms he asked us to “not look in” and he seemed really nervous. Luckily we found a place to stay near by and had a lovely time despite this huge fiasco! RUN!!!!

Absolutely garbage. Booked 2 rooms with ocean view. Was given 2 rooms with no view. Owner claims he overbooked. This guy is a scam artist. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. There are many other more reputable places nearby.

We book down the street and apparently this place is known to do this to many travelers. Beware!!

Owner will claim he doesn’t know me. I was just there yesterday with 3 friends and we booked 2 ocean view villas and got completely scammed. This guy is a FRAUD.

The view (from the shared patio) and location are great, but the service is lacklustre and rooms are inconsistent.

First of all the pictures advertised online are not what you may get (ocean view just means you have a shared terrace). The bed frame was broken in our room. There’s no reception when you arrive.

Depending on your expectations it might be worth it, unless you get the surprise basement rooms other reviewers have mentioned. Our room was not the sea view balcony experience we expected, but the shared space is very nice so it didn’t impact our enjoyment.
