Beautifully located, overlooking the mountains and the villages of Minori and Maiori, Salvatore offers a finely crafted regional cuisine, where tradition and innovation are brilliantly combined. The presentation of the dishes is refined and the plates are very appetizing. Try the gnoccoloni al pomodoro e basilico, the tuna carpaccio and the fish cooked with simplicity. Excellent desserts in general, with a particular weakness for the spumone al torrone. Very extensive wine list.

Picture this: I strolled in with my friends, armed with nothing but good vibes and an appetite for indulgence. We clinked glasses, pouring wine that seemed to whisper secrets of the sun-soaked vineyards.
But oh, the bread! It arrived like a work of edible art, crowned with olive foam – a divine prelude to the culinary masterpiece that awaited. I couldn't resist the siren call of the spaghetti vongole, and it did not disappoint. Each twirl of pasta felt like a taste of Italian passion.
And the view? Salvatore Ravello serves you a view that's not just breathtaking; it's a thief of breath itself. Trust me, this place isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience that will etch itself into your soul. Wholeheartedly, I say, go and experience the magic of Salvatore Ravello. Your taste buds and your spirit will thank you.
