⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un'oasi di tranquillità e lusso con una vista mozzafiato! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

L'Hotel Mamela è molto più di una semplice struttura ricettiva, è un'esperienza da vivere e ricordare. Dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia, sono stato avvolto da un'atmosfera di calda accoglienza e raffinato comfort.

Le camere sono veri e propri rifugi di serenità, dotate di ogni comfort immaginabile, garantendomi un riposo rigenerante dopo lunghe giornate di lavoro o di esplorazione dell'isola.

Il personale è stato incredibilmente attento e premuroso, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta con un sorriso genuino. La colazione a buffet offre un'ampia selezione di prelibatezze locali, mentre il centro benessere è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi.

Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale l'Hotel Mamela è la sua posizione privilegiata, che regala una vista mozzafiato sull'incantevole paesaggio circostante. Lasciarsi cullare dalla bellezza della natura mentre ci si gode un cocktail al tramonto è un'esperienza indimenticabile.

Consiglio vivamente l'Hotel Mamela a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno indimenticabile sull'isola di Capri. Non vedo l'ora di tornare e lasciarmi coccolare ancora una volta da questa meravigliosa struttura!

Terrific location, wonderful fresh breakfast in the morning. Very reasonably priced.

Wonderful hotel!! We had a lovely large balcony and view! Despite some reviews, the breakfast is amazing. The infinity pool and entire pool area is so nice and relaxing. Great walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Capri Town. Loved our stay here on our honeymoon. Only downside is no complimentary bag transfer. But that could just be the nature of staying in Capri.

Beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly, good service. Rooms need larger fridges. Had to ask several times for iron, they only brought us a lousy steamer.
Excellent breakfast. Pool closes at 7pm. No gym or hot tub…pool was too cold.

Our stay at Hotel Mamela in Capri has been absolutely wonderful! The views from our beautiful and newly renovated room are breathtaking. We were greeted by Christina, the loveliest woman at the front desk and given a choice of two rooms, both with large balconies overlooking the sea! The staff and service are exceptional with every request met with a smile! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend! ????

Il Mamela si riconferma l’Hotel di Capri. Struttura meravigliosa, curata e riflettente l’eleganza dell’isola. Le camere sono spaziose, comode ed hanno tutto ciò che serve. La piscina continua ad essere un angolo di paradiso da cui si fa fatica a staccarsi. Tuttavia ciò che continua a fare davvero la differenza è lo staff. La loro professionalità, gentilezza, l’attenzione che ripongono nei dettagli, il desiderio genuino di far sentire l’ospite coccolato, sono veramente da applauso. Non è scontato sentirsi a casa in certi contesti e, se ciò avviene, è solo merito delle persone. Dunque grazie ad Alessandro ed al suo team delle colazioni con un accenno speciale a Manita. Questi ragazzi hanno una capacità unica di ricordare le preferenze degli ospiti e portarle alla luce, sempre con un gran sorriso. Grazie al front office, puntuale e prodigio a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Grazie a Yapa e al team della piscina, con un pensiero speciale per Marcello, ragazzo incredibile a cui auguro il meglio per il suo percorso di studi, (egoisticamente però, spero di trovarlo qui anche l’anno prossimo ????). Grazie anche ai ragazzi del bar per i magnifici cocktail. Grazie al team di cucina e pasticceria per le colazioni eccezionali. Grazie anche a chi si muove silenziosamente dietro le quinte, per permettere agli ospiti di vivere indisturbati questo paradiso. Grazie a tutti ancora una volta, ci vediamo il prossimo anno.

This hotel has large rooms and beautiful bathrooms. The pool area has plenty of seating with umbrellas and the service there is exceptional. The breakfast that come with the room is very average. We paid for the luggage service from the port which cost 15 euros per bag. The alternative is to take the bags on the cable car for only 2.40 euros. There is an 8 minute walk downhill from the top of the cable car to the hotel. The shops and restaurants are only 4 minutes walk away.

The atmosphere, pool, views, location, and newly renovated room made my stay at Mamela incredible. Very happy I stumbled upon this hotel but unfortunately the service was not high quality. I was told by one of the staff members prior to coming that the front desk associate can book taxis for you, I also read reviews stating this. On my first day I asked if it would be possible to have a taxi called to anacapri as we were going to dinner there, and the lady first said yes and then she said no with a rude tone. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of our time here. I spoke with other guests at the hotel and they told me the front desk booked multiple taxis for them. They also never greeted us ONCE while leaving or entering the hotel. The wifi did not work in our room. Disappointing… I would give this hotel two stars because of the service but the amenities and views bumped it up.

Great location and spacious room. We booked the junior suite and had a great stay. The receptionist were helpful but they need a better concierge service. The location is right at the center. Overall, I highly recommend it and most likely will book again.

Don't waste your money! Horrible service, terrible room, no Wi-Fi, no phone and was robbed! They don't care and their attitude about my stolen jacket left in the room inadvertently, was met with total disregard. They could not be bother to go look, make any inquiry and then they belittled me for being upset about my jacket. To them I should not care, as they said "it is just a jacket"
Any place that takes this as normal it not a reliable place.

Exceeded our expectations. Comfortable room. Magnificent view. Friendly and accommodating service. Beautiful pool area overlooking the bay.

The room and the hotel is very beautiful. We took a junior suite which was large, clean and has nice colors.
Cons: the suite doesn't have a coffe machine or even a kettle with tea bags or coffee which is strange for this kind of hotel. When I called them they sent us a kettle , but was I supposed to call and ask for one? Also there isn't a luggage rack in the room and no one took our luggage , so we had to bring them down the stairs and then to our room although the hotel transferred them for free to our next accommodation when we checked out.
All in all , the hotel is really nice, with nice swimming pool and breakfast area with a view but I hope they pay attention to those little details.

الفندق جميل و أنيق و السويت و اسع و يكفي ٤ أشخاص ، قريب من البيازا لكن فيه نزلة شوي.
منطقة المسبح و الإفطار مرة جميلة و شرحة .
العيوب : عدم وجود غلاية او ماكينة قهوة في الغرفة ، ولا وجود حامل أو طاولة للحقائب في الغرفة .
