Iasai is the new trendy downtown restaurant. It offers quality Asian cuisine in a modern setting. With its open, central kitchen in Japanese restaurant style and large windows, the place is pleasant and the food fantastic. Its chef Tomáš Lysý is often mentioned in rankings of the best chefs in the country. In addition to the classic sushi, he serves a range of original Asian-inspired dishes, each one better and more original than the next, which is rare in the country. A great non-traditional address.
