It's located on Rudnay Square right next to St. Martin's Cathedral in one of the most beautiful corners of old Bratislava. Chef Lukáš Hesko opened it and cooks exactly according to his ideas. The interior is rather austerely decorated, and that's the intention. His philosophy is to acquire the best produce available, using minimal and natural techniques, without using colors, textures and shiny things. Lukáš prepares a nine-course menu that always changes according to the ingredients available.
