FOODSTOCK

In the Halles du Marché building, this small restaurant/snack bar serving good vegan dishes recently opened, and it's been a great success. The cuisine is original and sophisticated, the prices affordable and the atmosphere modern and pleasant. Among the dishes served are Japanese miso soups and a whole range of delicious classic, green and yellow hummus with homemade bread. A place very much in tune with today's trends, a good option for eating fast, well and healthy, plus they serve a nice little organic wine from the south of France.
