Gourmets at this small, nicely appointed restaurant, which seats 28, have found an atmosphere of friendship and collective spirit radiating from the entire staff, whether in service or in the kitchen, under the direction of creative chef Martin Miklošík, who likes to say, "We offer you what we like." This sincerity is reflected in the plate and the wine list, with its 150 references. And, of course, there's an experienced sommelier on hand to advise you on the selection, just as you'd expect in a fine restaurant.
