A little outlying in the Ružinov district near Lake Štrkovec, Hotel Nivy is located in an environment of concrete towers. It is a well-known and popular cheap hotel. It was built in 1974 and has been continuously renovated since 1996. However, it offers pleasant and perfectly impeccable rooms, a fitness centre and a relaxation area with a swimming pool, saunas and hammams. It is very well served by day and night by public transport and easily accessible by road from Budapest, Vienna and Prague.
