In a large underground crypt, under a motorway, stands a tomb that remains one of the great places of pilgrimage of Orthodox Judaism in Central Europe. Rabbi Moshe Schreiber, nicknamed Hatam Sofer for his great wisdom and interpretations of Jewish law, was one of the leading leaders of Orthodox Judaism in the 19th century. The mausoleum has 23 tombs and 41 tombstones, which are the last remains of a Jewish cemetery.
