The permanent exhibition is divided into three parts: the history and development of the police bureaus until 1989, the beginnings of the present-day police, and the third part is devoted to crime, Interpol and international cooperation. The museum has a rich collection of uniforms. Among the most valuable objects in the museum are historical documents on the activities of the police and mercenaries of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy.
