In the old Jewish quarter, across the Bratislava city walls and bridge, there is the permanent exhibition of the Museum of Jewish Culture in the original Zsigray mansion dating from the late Renaissance. The museum is worth a visit for its very didactic presentation of the tragic history of the Jews of Bratislava, tracing their history and the culture of this minority that was once very present on Slovak territory before the Second World War.
