The historic Elizabeth Hotel was built just below the medieval castle of Trenčín, inspired by Empress Elizabeth of Austria, known as Sissi. It welcomed its first customers in January 1902. It now houses a first-class restaurant. In this beautiful setting, it offers a rich assortment of Slovak and international cuisine and specialities concocted by the chef. To accompany this fabulous cuisine, it also has a wide selection of fine wines. It's simply the most luxurious restaurant in town.
