This monastic complex composed of a Roman Catholic church, a secondary school and a high school is one of the landmarks of the lower city of Nitra. Built in the mid-18th century, the church deserves a look for its beautiful altar and the frescoes on its ceiling that illustrate the history of Nitra during the Slavic era. The cloister and the high school (still in operation since 1703) form an exceptional baroque complex built by the Piarist monastic order.
