HOTEL NÁRODNÝ DOM
Right next to the opera house, 150 m from the main square, this is a restaurant with a slightly old-fashioned but very comfortable style. High ceilings, frescoes on the walls, candelabras, white tablecloths, Soviet spirit, you can dream of being in Moscow. Every weekday lunchtime, there's a choice of eight daily menus, with soup, main course and salad buffet (warning: only one small salad plate per person!). On Sundays, brunch is on the menu. That's fine, but arrive just after 11 a.m. if you want to be sure of having all the choices at your disposal.
