Moment Bistro is a sister company of the famous Gašperov Mlyn. This bistro was opened with the aim of appealing to a wider audience of gourmets. It offers simpler dishes than at Gašperov Mlyn, still in the same vein, with quality seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers. The menu changes daily.
