Perhaps one of the very best restaurants in Slovakia, 101% Vino & Tapas doesn't look like much, tucked away in a courtyard in Spišská Sobota's main square. A workshop for experimenting with gastronomic and contemporary cuisine, the place offers a constantly renewed menu of small, daring bites, with playful themes such as a past menu "Memories of the Titanic". Last but not least, the Slovak wine list is absolutely outstanding. Chef Zuzana Sisáková is in charge of the kitchen and prepares delicious dishes.
