This cable car leaves from Lake Skalnaté Pleso and climbs to an altitude of 2,633 metres at the top of Lomnický štìt, the second highest peak in the Tatras, which offers a magnificent overview of the valley and the neighbouring high peaks. On arrival, the temperature drops significantly. The base at the summit also offers a café-restaurant Cafe Dedo. It is essential to book in advance, this cable car being one of the most popular activities of the Tatras.
