CITY HALL (RADNICA)
This attractive building, a blend of several architectural styles, stands in the middle of Kežmarok's central square. The first Gothic town hall, built here in 1461, fell victim to the great fire of 1521. It was rebuilt for the first time in Renaissance style between 1541 and 1555 by a local master named Kunz. The tower was donated in 1641 and the whole building rebuilt a second time in 1779 in the classical style. The last modifications were made with the erection of a second storey following the fire of 1922.
