Built in the 16th century and rebuilt in the 1970s, the state bought the property from the last occupier. The new designation of the site was made under the aegis of the Slovak National Gallery. Today, the manor houses a permanent collection of furniture and accessories from the 17th to 19th centuries, a library of antique books, works by the painter Ladislav Mednyánszky and 20th century sculptures installed in the park gardens.
