The cidricole production of Philippe Gaillard is just ten years old, but is recognised by the profession of which she regularly receives the votes during the competitions of the Saint Jean du Cider (medals gold 2010, bronze 2011, silver and bronze 2012). A small tour of the property, in the spring or summer, you will learn more about the conduct of the orchard and the manufacture of cider (crude and half-dry) than long speeches.
