You can't miss this imposing Gothic monastery and its church of St. Anthony located along the river. Its construction began in 1319 and sheltered a large community of Carthusian monks until 1563, when it was looted and the monks evacuated. In the 16th century, a Camaldolese brotherhood, a branch of the Benedictine order, was established until 1782. Following a renovation in 1966, this monastery now houses an ethnographic exhibition of eastern Slovakia.
