Built in the 1970s as a sanctuary for party and state representatives, it was completely closed to the public and protected by soldiers. In winter, Polish President Jaruzelski liked to go there. Open to the public after the fall of the Soviet regime, it has been transformed into a sumptuous luxury hotel with a slightly retro feel. It now offers superb services with a Wellness spa and restaurant. The gigantic windows directly overlooking the mountains are unique: the Soviet leaders were not always wrong!
