This small restaurant is an institution in the city, it is indeed the oldest vegetarian restaurant in Czechoslovakia since it opened its doors in 1990. It has been used since then for a good vegan, vegetarian or carnivorous cuisine. The dishes are original and the menus are balanced with fresh and local produce. People concerned about their health and nutrition will appreciate this place, as will travellers looking for a lighter cuisine than the one you tend to find all over the country.
