CASSIOVA FOLKFEST

Cassovia Folkfest continues the long tradition of folklore events in the eastern Slovak metropolis of Košice. It focuses on the presentation of the traditional culture of Košice and its region, Slovakia and European countries. The main objective of the festival is to present the traditional folk culture of Slovakia, but also of other nations, to the general public. It seeks to present traditional culture through new approaches. Numerous dance performances and the opportunity to see fujara players.
