THÉÂTRE JONÁŠ ZÁBORSKÝ (DIVADLO ZÁBORSKÉHO)

The theater presents plays - in Slovak, of course - and occasionally music concerts. Founded in the immediate post-war period, it is one of the stages of the national theater and merged with the Košice theater in 1996, creating a strong and active cultural entity in eastern Slovakia. Numerous partnerships are in place with other European theaters, and an artists' residency regularly hosts international projects.
