The Solivar Salt Works is a large salt mining and production complex first mentioned in 1262. It is now a national heritage site and contains an exhibition devoted to the extraction of rock salt and its transformation into brine. You can also visit the salt cave and the warehouse. The 17th century belfry dominates this site, it indicated the beginning and end of the work or warned in case of danger. It is the largest site of its kind in Europe.
