The open-air museum. The monuments or "treasures" of Ukrainian and Ruthenian folk architecture are concentrated in the open-air ethnographic exhibition, which extends over 11 hectares above the Svidník amphitheater. 11 traditional Ruthenian houses are on display, along with some 50 other examples of Ruthenian vernacular architecture and furnishings, including bridges, mills, forges, and even a school or bar.
