Le National has a well-deserved reputation. It is the lunch spot of many regulars. The main dish is the traditional Yemeni speciality of fish sliced in half and spread with spices, then plunged into a wood-fired oven, served with an oven-baked bread cake to order. The portions are generous and the prices very low. Le National is the Holy Grail for small budgets and big hungers, in a very local atmosphere. Owner Hamdani and his small team are very welcoming.
