The Melting-Pot could do with a refreshment, but it remains a reference in Djibouti, known for its all-you-can-eat sushi evenings. On the menu, Europe, Japan and Ethiopia rub shoulders. There's something for everyone. Doro wat" (a spicy chicken stew of Ethiopian origin) or "potence de dromadaire" (camel meat cooked in an oven using a Savoyard technique) are a must-try. For dessert, the chocolate fondue is sure to please gourmets. The outdoor space is pleasant and the atmosphere relaxed.

Le décor du Melting Pot est très jolie, la nourriture est très variée et très bonne. Le restaurant est connu pour servir du dromadaire.

Endroit agréable servant aussi bien des brochettes de dromadaire excellentes que des sushis. Propose un buffet à volonté de sushis, etc une fois par mois. Un peu cher, mais correspondant à la qualité.

Un restaurant plutôt pour les expatriés. Les prix sont un peu élevés mais la qualité de repas est de très bon niveau. Le service peut être quelque fois un peu lent.
