Every year, the Institut français de Djibouti organizes a week-long celebration of Djiboutian cultures, in all their diversity. The festival, entitled "Vivre Djibouti", features exhibitions, film screenings, lectures, concerts, free workshops, story readings in French and Somali, quizzes... It's also a week that inaugurates the start of a new cultural season at the Institut français, a privileged space for exchange and a key venue in Djibouti's cultural and educational life.
