" Brown is the new green ", say some golf enthusiasts. For here, the setting is far from verdant, sand replaces grass and thorns act as beacons. The Douda golf course, approved by the French Golf Federation, is out of the ordinary. You're in the middle of the desert, with an atypical 18-hole course criss-crossed by dry wadi beds and ravines punctuated by numerous bunkers. The area is cool (except, of course, in the hottest months) and windswept. It's 4 km from Djibouti international airport. To your clubs!
