The Úlfljótsvatn Scout Centre is located on the shores of the lake of the same name, 20 km north of Selfoss, in a natural setting that is both soothing and rejuvenating. It's a great place to camp, with an unbelievable view of the lake that stretches (almost) to infinity. The facilities are basic, but the essentials are there and the place is clean. In addition to the roof over your head, this center offers a wide range of activities in the area (hiking, biking, kayaking, archery...).
