Absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. I have only had the best experience with the staff in both the reception and restaurant. The hotel is quite secluded,standalone itself, which is exactly Gate 1 tour organizers took us, pretty quite Beautiful landscape and views and overall a stunning place to stay. Will definitely recommend to all!!!!

The lights appeared really late on the night of my arrival. The front desk called me to let me know they were visible. Now that is service!

Now for the rooms. They're very well appointed with a medium mattress, huge walkin shower with a hand held shower head. Heated floors throughout and even a heated towel rack. The towels aren't very plush but they are VERY absorbent.

5 stars and looking forward to returning.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The only thing I would suggest is that they put a little more money into their spa. The massage therapist deserves a better bed, and there needs to be more decor downstairs, as right now it’s a little “cold” - other than that, it was super cute and quiet. A great place to see northern lights at night.

Slightly away from places but a great stop outside the city for the first or last part of travels.

Super clean, included breakfast is great. We didn’t see northern lights but would be a great location to see them.

It is good for being quiet and is small and the staff are friendly, booking food is quiet and easy the food is good and the rooms are big.

In the middle of nowhere! Perfect place to see the northern lights. Enjoyed the meals here. Very clean & modern & quiet. A great getaway.

The hotel is new and clean I like the decoration it’s modern and new.
Rooms are bigger than expected
The breaks at is serving from 6:00
The stuff is helpful
Lots of parking area. Maybe it’s new so it’s a bit difficult to find.
The room is also very quiet in general. Highly recommend the place

I liked the stay but we where very unhappy with the check in process. It took forever. We where there for a wedding and check in was supposed to be at 15. We arrived at 14:30 and only got our room at 16, only one hour before the ceremony started.
I know the family of the bride and groom had been to the hotel a week before to remind the manager about the wedding and the importance of quick check in.
Some guests didn’t receive their rooms until 20 min prior to the ceremony.
We where alo shocked about checkout time, it’s quite early especially since we got our room so late.

The hotel meets the four-star standard, very good value for the price, and the appearance is fancy.
The owner is very kind that he helped me to change the date.
I also had a dinner at the hotel and the lamb was so great, friendly and chatty waiter.

The “hot tub” isnt hot and the infara red sauna doesnt work. we stayed for á working trip wanted to relax First day noticed hot tub filter needed rinsing could not be heated second day called and asked If Someone could fix it. Just got mansplained about electric hot tubs. Now its still cold. I asked for help. Again no one came just told me to try do it myself. Rooms fine. Some Lovely people working there but service people BETTER.

Great hotel inside but really ugly outside.
Also the main door is ridiculous small so its uncomfortable to carry luggage in and out.

Hermoso hotel. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y el hotel tiene todo. Está un poco retirado del centro de Hella pero vale la pena quedarse en ese hotel.

Dieses moderne Hotel liegt ganz allein in der Landschaft bei Hella. WLAN ist kostenlos und schnell. Das Zimmer war relativ groß, helle Möbel, sehr gute Matratzen, Teppichboden, kein Kasten. Dafür aber Safe, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wasserkocher, viele Steckdosen. Bad mit Dusche, diese hatte eine Glastür. Flüssigkeiten, Shampoo und Duschgel, Kosmetiktücher und Fön vorhanden. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes Abendessen. Chef spricht Deutsch.

During our stay at the hotel, we had the pleasure of dining at the Tindur Restaurant, and it proved to be a delightful experience. To begin, we indulged in the gradvalax, served on a bed of lettuce with a side of jam and berry sauce, delivering a delectable and fresh taste.

For our main courses, we opted for the lamb fillet and mango salmon, both of which were remarkably flavorful. The combination of sweet and savory sauces complemented the meats exquisitely—the mango sauce pairing splendidly with the fish, and the gravy sauce harmonizing perfectly with the beef. Accompanying the dishes, the mashed potatoes were a creamy and light delight, while the mushrooms were cooked to perfection.

As for dessert, we relished the Lava cake and skyr yogurt, both proving to be a delectable ending to our meal. Overall, our dining experience at Tindur Restaurant left us thoroughly satisfied and appreciative of the exceptional culinary offerings.
