RESTAURANT DE L’ANGE
Restaurant offering Alsatian dishes and full of flavors in Wissembourg.
The unmistakable angel of the brand is surrounded in all poetry by an indomitable but charming wisteria, and the Lauter, a small river, flows quietly next to this very pretty place. Chef Pierre Ludwig offers you Alsatian dishes full of flavours: snails in red wine and dampfnudles with ceps, fried duck foie gras and sauerkraut with honey, deer fillets in blackcurrant sauce... For dessert, fresh seasonal fruit iced crumbles are a delight, unless you prefer to be seduced by the wunferdfitzle with seasonal fruit and vanilla ice cream, these small donuts that can be called "merveilles" in French translation. The little something extra? Sauerkraut is produced here in a traditional way, on site and in all seasons.
