Restaurant brasserie with a nice terrace in Wissembourg.
The restaurant Belle-Vue is located in the mood of the moment: On one side there is the cool brasserie, on the other hand the chic rotisserie, not forgetting the lovely terrace generously stained with virgin vine and glycine! We come to the brewery essentially for the formula of midday, with an entrance or a soup, and a dish: veal stack, lorraine pod, chicken-chicken pallets, grilled steak and gratin dauphinois… The map of rotisserie is more elaborate, thus savoring fresh frog thighs with fresh garlic and parsley, a sandre filet "Old Strasbourg" in fatty liver d 'goose, veal medallions to fungi, lamb hazelnuts at Provençal and various grilled grids depending on market arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
