Family hotel since 1949, three generations of the Schmidt family have succeeded. The hotel is bathed in a rural setting, a little away from the city. You can admire the remains of an old mill, the relaxing calm of a river flowing nearby (the Lauter) while being immersed in this greenery. Walking distance from the hotel, bicycle paths and hiking paths can be found in Wissembourg. The hotel offers two types of rooms, located in two separate buildings. You can choose between a wooded decoration or the other contemporary. Some rooms have a terrace. Equipment side: Double bed, double bed or twin beds, flat screen TV, hair dryer are at your disposal. The breakfast served in the room is rich: homemade jams, charcuterie, cheese, pastries… For lunch and dinner, you can eat under the veranda: the near-calf calf at low temperature with cream morilles and spätzthe house or the trout of the vineyard to blue. A sweet touch puts a point of honor at the meal with the chocolate half-baked biscuit.
