A gastronomic stop in the heart of the village of Notre-Dame-de-Courson, where the Bellanger family has a long-standing reputation. Here, we know how to receive and we don't joke with local products. Christian, the father, a regular at the Tripière d'Or de Caen competition, no longer counts his national titles. Slip in among the guests of this friendly inn where Romain, master pastry chef, is in the kitchen with Christian. Martine, the mother, is in the dining room to serve the dishes prepared by her men. A generous table, rare nowadays.

Malgré notre réservation, aucune table n'avait été dressée à notre intention et nous nous sommes retrouvés seuls dans une grande pièce à la lumière blafarde de vitraux jaunasses.Des fleurs en tissus poussiéreux comme décor certainement depuis des décennies.Comme nous ne prenions pas l'apéritif on nous a déposé une assiette de chips allumettes ramollies.Le personnel donne l'impression qu'il nous fait l'honneur de nous servir sa pitance qu'il faut reconnaitre est mangeable.Mais quel bonheur de retrouver l'air frais du dehors.
