Founded in 1910 in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region, with the emblematic Livarot as its flagship product, this cheese dairy has long remained a family business. Eugène, Bernard, Thierry - three generations of Graindorge have succeeded one another. Then, in 2016, the group was sold to Lactalis, who maintained the company's identity and value. The "Cheese Village" invites you to take an audio-guided tour (recommended in the morning) of the cheese factory and its workshops through a glass gallery, followed by a tasting session.

On suit bien la transformation du lait en fromage. Les enfants étaient captivés grâce aux galeries vitrées et mention pour la route du fromage avec les cubes. Ils ont adoré et ont bien compris comment on obtient le fromage :) et c’est gratuit !!!

Très très belle visite très instructive et très agréable. Les coulisses c'est génial j'adore! Et la boutique est top!

Une visite tout le temps gratuite de la fromagerie, ludique, et des produits de qualité à acheter au magasin d' usine en sortant, des fromages d' exception livarot, pont l évêque etc
