Founded in 1910 in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region, with the emblematic Livarot as its flagship product, this cheese dairy has long remained a family business. Eugène, Bernard, Thierry - three generations of Graindorge have succeeded one another. Then, in 2016, the group was sold to Lactalis, who maintained the company's identity and value. The "Cheese Village" invites you to take an audio-guided tour (recommended in the morning) of the cheese factory and its workshops through a glass gallery, followed by a tasting session.

Visite de la fromagerie avec explications sur les écrans. Très intéressant. Fin de la visite par la boutique où l’on peut déguster du fromage. Par contre les vendeuses ne sont pas agréables. Il ne faut surtout pas poser de questions sur le fromage. Réponse idiote de la part de la vendeuse. On sent bien que son travail l’agace.
Sinon prix très correct.
